TANOE serves as a hub of hope for entrepreneurs who desire to live their dreams and are passionate about gaining the requisite knowledge to better position them to move ahead of their competitors and fulfill their ambition of building a sustainable business.

We are dedicated to helping entrepreneurs succeed. Our initiatives and programs are focused on building a strong entrepreneurial environment enabling entrepreneurs to access needed resources and relevant information to polish their ideas, build their businesses and accelerate their business growth.

With a committed team of advisors, partners, affiliates and service providers, we are better positioned to meet the needs of entrepreneurs in Ghana and indeed the rest of Africa coupled with appropriate and relevant Training, Constant Motivation and Adequate Financing.

Our passion stems from our ultimate aim of eradicating poverty and promoting economic growth through the immense development of the private sector which we believe derives its strength from the active patronage of entrepreneurs.

The SME Network is a non-profit initiative of Premium Bank in partnership with The African Network of Entrepreneurs (TANOE) aimed at building a vibrant community of SMEs in Ghana and providing them with the requisite business support, advisory services, adequate financing and coaching.

The mission of The SME Network is to be the one-stop destination for the provision of Innovative & Tailor-Made Business Growth Solutions to challenges of Small & Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs).

is a flagship project of The African Network Of Entrepreneurs (TANOE) that has the sole objective of discovering and developing young entrepreneurs right from school. SYENet aims to change students’ mindset to become job creators through the consistent and effective promotion of entrepreneurship in all high schools, tertiary and professional institutions in Ghana and Africa as a whole.

SYENet seeks to

  • Educate and motivate students to consider entrepreneurship as a viable career option
  • Provide students with the necessary support to identify business opportunities
  • Assist students to generate and develop viable ideas, build useful networks and partnerships
  • Provide the necessary tools and knowledge to turn their ideas and projects into sustainable businesses
  • Teach students a new set of skills:  self-reliance, self-confidence and financial independence.

OUR VISION

To have SYENet present and very functional in every tertiary and professional institution in Ghana by the year 2015 and at least in one school in each of the remaining 53 countries of Africa by 2020

EMONE Ekow Mensah on Entrepreneurship (EMONE) is an initiative that seeks to Ignite the entrepreneurial passion and imbibe the entrepreneurial traits in 1 million people across Africa in 10 years & raising $10,000,000 to support businesses to create 100,000 jobs. 

Our Mission Statements are: 

  1. To ignite entrepreneurial passion and imbibing the entrepreneurial traits in 1 million people across Africa in two decades (April 2014 to April 2034).
  2. To raise $10,000,000 to set up the TANOE Start-Up Capital Fund to support start-up businesses and ideas development.
  3. To facilitate the creation of 10,000 micro, small and medium scale businesses (40% women-owned).
  4. To directly support 1,000 entrepreneurial startup businesses with business development services and financial aid.
  5. To facilitate the creation of 100,000 jobs and empower employees with needful entrepreneurial traits and resources to increase their productivity and guarantee sustainable growth.

WomanRising is passionate about equipping women to succeed particularly in business and generally in life through the provision of relevant information, capacity building through training and coaching, branding and productive networking support and entrepreneurship development. WomanRising is one of the five arms of The African Network of Entrepreneurs (TANOE), an award-winning social enterprise headquartered in Ghana.

GirlEmpowered LogoGirlEmpowered is committed to improving education in Ghana for girls and supporting women run enterprises to grow sustainably. To do so, the Smart Girls’ Education & Enterprise Development Fund (GirlEmpowered) provides educational scholarships to girls and business development capacity building and support to women. The focus of the fund is on the provision of immediate, concrete, educational & enterprise support.

Mobilization of Funds is done through various means including but not limited to the following Fundraising Events & Activities, Collection, refurbishing and sale of used cloths and materials, Collection and distribution of books and educational materials & Gifts, Donations and Sponsorships. The administration of the Fund is done by a Board of Trustees.
